Our Mission Here at District Council 16

The District Council 16 represents 13 local unions in Southern California, with jurisdiction spanning from San Luis Obispo and Bakersfield, to Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside and San Bernardino County, and San Diego. We are proud members of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada.

The United Association is made up of more than 350,000 of the most talented pipe tradesmen in the construction industry across the U.S. and Canada. We are committed to providing the opportunities and protection our members and their families can rely on to build long, rewarding careers. In turn, our members deliver the highest level of craftsmanship in the industry.
